Proper daily cleaning and storage are essential to maintaining the appearance and performance of colored PP woven bags. Since the bags derive their color from masterbatches, prolonged use or improper storage can make them susceptible to fading or surface soiling caused by light exposure, dust, and environmental pollutants. Therefore, direct contact with oily substances or corrosive chemicals should be avoided, and any surface debris should be cleaned off promptly after use.

Colored PP woven bags should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays can cause the polypropylene material to age and accelerate color fading, thereby compromising the bag's appearance. For long-term storage, covering or wrapping the bags can minimize environmental impact, extending their service life and preserving color stability.

During use and handling, avoid contact with sharp objects or forceful dragging to prevent tearing or surface scratches. For reusable bags, regularly inspect the material strength and the integrity of the seams; replace any bags showing signs of aging or damage to ensure safety and packaging effectiveness. Proper maintenance and care can effectively extend the service life of the bags and keep them in good condition.
