These methods are simple to execute and suitable for bags intended for frequent reuse.
When surface contamination is significant, manual cleaning or washing with water may be employed. During the cleaning process, use clean water or a neutral detergent; avoid corrosive chemicals such as strong acids or alkalis to prevent damage to the polypropylene material. Additionally, control water pressure and the intensity of mechanical scrubbing to avoid damaging the fiber structure through excessive stretching or abrasive brushing, which could compromise the bag's structural integrity for future use.
After cleaning, the woven bags should be air-dried naturally in a well-ventilated, dry environment; avoid prolonged storage in damp conditions to prevent mold growth or material degradation. Bags intended for long-term storage should be completely dry before being folded and stored in a cool, dark place to extend their service life and maintain optimal physical properties.
